Gabrielle Hartley is an attorney, mediator, consultant, speaker and author. She is known for a unique, non-toxic approach to divorce that she developed over two decades in practice. Gabrielle keeps 99% of her cases out of the courtroom and at the negotiating table as she effectively supports her clients to create a healthy, uplifted post-divorce life for them. Gabrielle served as court attorney for Judge Jeffrey Sunshine in NYC matrimonial court and is a member of the Massachusetts Council on Family Mediation.  She currently resides in Northampton, MA with her husband and three sons.

On this episode we talk about:

  • How to manifest a graceful divorce
  • The Five essential steps
  • Why ALL lawyers need this book
  • Co-Parenting from other states
  • A major theme in the podcast was forgiveness

This is a very unique book and one that if you or someone you know is going through a separation or divorce: this is a needed book.

I really wish I had this book when I went through my first (and last) divorce.

We parents do our best to stay in touch with our kids. Sometimes the kids might be to busy or they just forget to call/text you back.

Even if they are not getting back to you:keep trying.

There are some situations where you and your kids might not be getting along. Do not let anger get in the way.

You helped bring them into this world so LOVE them.

On this episode I am very honored to have Joanie and Clint Malarchuck.

I have wanted to do this interview for a long time but I was very nervous to ask.

Clint Malarchuck was a former NHL goalie. Then one night changed his life forever.

Clint had his jugular slashed during a game.

What I wanted to find out is how his wife Joanie has helped him get through his dark days. As someone who has had their own dark days but have a wonderful wife who is very supportive.

We talk about how Joanie has helped Clint but at the same time how they are helping others.

Please check out their website:

www.Malarchuck.com

Also how I met the Malarchuck's was through an event  sponsored by The Carson J Spencer Foundation:

www.CarsonJSpencer.org

Please share this episode if you know someone who is struggling or to learn more about how asking for help is a good thing.
