We parents do our best to stay in touch with our kids. Sometimes the kids might be to busy or they just forget to call/text you back.
Even if they are not getting back to you:keep trying.
There are some situations where you and your kids might not be getting along. Do not let anger get in the way.
You helped bring them into this world so LOVE them.

On this episode I am very honored to have Joanie and Clint Malarchuck.
I have wanted to do this interview for a long time but I was very nervous to ask.
Clint Malarchuck was a former NHL goalie. Then one night changed his life forever.
Clint had his jugular slashed during a game.
What I wanted to find out is how his wife Joanie has helped him get through his dark days. As someone who has had their own dark days but have a wonderful wife who is very supportive.
We talk about how Joanie has helped Clint but at the same time how they are helping others.
Please check out their website:
Also how I met the Malarchuck's was through an event sponsored by The Carson J Spencer Foundation:
Please share this episode if you know someone who is struggling or to learn more about how asking for help is a good thing.
Clint and I at The Carson J Spencer event.
