Bill and I talk about mental health when it comes to youth sports. There is an eight-week curriculum that Bill explains how each week looks like for both the parents and the student.

Bill also talks about "masking" feelings and how part of the COSMH training is about working with the students helping other students recognize signs of needing help.

Well, that happened. I was fired this week. I wrote more about what I have gone through this week here.

Today I wanted to talk to you about what I have been doing to stay positive going through a job loss. Hold on; I did not "lose" the job; I know where it is. So why do we say we lost a job?

Tommy@blendingthefamily is where I am asking for your answer about putting your struggles into GOD's hands and how to go about it.

Thank you.

I am not sure who needs to hear my rambling, but I wanted to share a recent mental event with you.

As the flight from Denver to Phoenix was landing, I was not feeling well. Suddenly, my body got cold, and my head felt like it was in a bubble. My next step was to focus on my breathing to calm myself down. But, honestly, I am not sure if it was a form of a panic attack.

Lately, I have been feeling anxious due to just day job stress.

In the show notes, I have added a phone number if you need help, and I hope you take advantage of the number if you need it.
