Wine is your friend. Choosing a wine is not going to be a mystery after this episode. Have I failed you yet? Do not answer that.
In this episode, we will finally do the show I have wanted to do for a LONG, LONG time.
Many years ago, my friend Zach recommended that my wife Ann and I sit down to work on our weekly budgets to have a bottle of wine.
Live in the home office; I sit down with a friend of the family, Bruce Gammill, who is the closes person to be a wine sommelier that I know. Bruce has worked in wine country at Beaulieu Vineyard. Whenever Bruce has suggested a wine (I am a red guy), he has never disappointed.
We talk about wine suggestions on first dates or cooking for someone new.
One of Bruce’s favorite wineries, and you really will not go wrong with it, is Cline. At the liquor store where Bruce spends most of his time, they recently did their weekly wine tasting of several different wines from Cline.
This episode was not just about wine but removing labels to describe kids. Bruce has been married and divorced two times. He talks about life lessons on raising kids in a blended family.
QUESTION!!! What wine do you buy for others??

What comes to your mind when you hear the word "walking"? What comes to your mind? Are you going for a walk? Are you taking your wing dog for a walk? Or are you emotionally "walking"?
Moving forward (see what I did there?), we will explore the concept of walking—both physically and metaphorically.
When I go to the dog park with Otis, I spend a lot of time thinking as I walk. I am trying to get away from Headphones and be in tune with the world.
Are you walking and listening to this episode?
There is no JOB worth sacrificing your mental health. I chose the above picture because it makes me smile and helps with my mental health.
Our family dog, "Otis," truly helps my mental health.
I hope this episode can help you with prioritizing your life.

Welcome to the Parenting Tip Tuesday episode but with a different twist.
I am not going to offer your coach parenting tips; instead, how to be better at being a husband for the men out there.
You will hear three suggestions, and if you want to tweak them, please go right ahead. The three are called:
1. Show Affection Towards Your Significant Other.
2. The Little Things
3. Date Night
I hope these help strengthen your relationships and create a stronger family bond.

"I'm A Stay-At-Home Dad Who Felt Like An Outsider At Playgroup. That Has To Change."
Today, my guest is Jay Deitcher, a stay-at-home dad who wrote an excellent article for the Huffington Post. After reading the article, I had to get Jay on the podcast.
Jay's Bio:
Jay Deitcher is a freelance writer, former social worker, a full-time stay-at-home dad from Albany, NY, whose work has been featured in The Washington Post, Esquire, New York Magazine, Wired, Shondaland, and others. Follow him on Twitter at @jaydeitcher.

Jay and I talk about what he is looking forward to as he is the first to hear the new last question. Who does Jay ask for help when he needs parenting tips. Since Jay is a writer, we go into his process, and I was shocked to hear how often he writes.
